I spent over $20 at this place and asked him for some spicy mayonnaise with extra mayonnaise which cost me $.50 to a dollar and all I got was a dime size spicy mayonnaise and they refused to give me any more saying that it was their compass policy then when I called to talk to the owner, the lady on the phone lied to me after I was just in the store and said the owner was busy when there was not a soul in the building This place is terrible. The food was terrible. The service was terrible. I want a refund and the owner refused to give me a refund for my money, because of the.

Mediocre, overpriced, fell from what they once were. Something happened but this place has totally lost us. Our dinners have gotten worse over time, but tonight was the last straw. Dry, overcooked katsu chicken, barely edible. The sushi rolls barely had any fish on them at all, clearly portioned out to the point of being a joke, with tasteless sushi rice. I was offended to have spent a stupid amount of money for what was frankly overpriced grocery store level sushi. The pictures show the amount of fish on the roll provided, skinny, itty bitty pieces that somehow were actually served to a customer. You've lost our business.

I called an order in and I am sick. The sweet lady that took my order added a free miso soup with a note to feel better. Wow that was so incredibly sweet! Their food is amazing but their customer service is outstanding!!

Where to begin…..okay I’ll begin here1) owner picks his nose while preparing food.2) Berates and yells at the 1 staff member he and his wife have per shift.Unfortunately, I was in the restaurant while the owner berated the server Absolutely disgraceful behavior. The young lady was mortified and embarrassed. She looked like she was just one breath from crying.I’ve never received bad service from the young people who have worked there.I’ve only witnessed shameful and gross behavior from the owner.I shall not be returning.Goodness knows if he picks his nose….what else does he do????In addition, the sushi is not to die for…..we all pay hard earned money to eat out and it’s not worth it.Go to Busch’s grocery store and you’ll find better plus a Starbucks ?drink for better experience.

Lunch was SO GOOD!! The waitress was very nice and friendly. Food came out hot and fast! Not sure how it could possibly have been better. Going back next week with my friend Tim, who recommended me to them!

My husband I stopped in for an early dinner today before the Michigan game. We had the seaweed salad (delish!) and four rolls. The flavor was great, the rolls were lovely to look at and the portions perfect. Highly recommend this gem in Dexter.

Went for lunch and prices, oh boy! What sealed the deal was that the green tea was delivered as hot water and a tea bag.... If you are going to rob people on prices, at least do some work. Place was dark and didn't want you to be in there for more than 5 mins. Save yourself the heartache and get grocery store sushi or drive over to other places down the road, for cheaper and better quality.

Will never ever get food from here again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Got takeout and they forgot an item. Called to ask to have money refunded for just that item. They refused to refund me the money. I asked why and they wouldn’t give me a reason just said they wouldn’t. Kid on the phone said the manager said no. I asked to talk to the manager who I can hear talking to him and he lies and says he isn’t there. Then he tells me the manger won’t speak to customers.

Haven’t eaten here in awhile and thought we’d give it another chance. We did take out during the week and when we opened the bags we were missing an appetizer out of the order, had 2 salads that honestly had about 10 pieces of lettuce in them with 3 bits of carrot, and incredibly small rolls. My husband called to get a refund for the item not in our order-straightforward, right?! He ended up arguing with some teenager named Travis about not being able to give us a refund and how the manager doesn’t do refunds, only to find out there wasn’t even a manager there. He said that the owner doesn’t talk to people or do refunds either. TERRIBLE business and absolutely awful customer service. Drive to sushi zen in Brighton—it’s worth the $$ and the drive! We love supporting our community and staying local, but absolutely not for this joke of a place.

I wouldn't exactly call my statements a threat, but my husband did not cuss one bit-I was standing right there with our 2 small kids. We love supporting our community and staying local, but absolutely not for this joke of a business.
