Very bummed. I told everyone to go to this Biggby because it was the best one around, but now they are refusing my corporate Biggby Bogo coupons (locations weren’t listed on the coupon), and refused to even try to scan them into the system because they knew it would work. I’m very disappointed, and won’t be advertising them any more due to the lack of information on coupons.

The servers are so sweet and nice. One accidently dropped my card out the drive thru window, and she ran around the building to retrieve it. I was so thankful as I use a walker and was unable to get it.

I absolutely love Dowagiac biggby ! They know my order by heart😅I went earlier and got my order my 12(free) drink and my daughters got ahold of it. The two lovely ladies gave me my drink and a 16oz of my drink! I love biggby take all my money

We waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks
I'm so happy to finally have a coffee shop in town! The owners are great and the baristas are so friendly. I've been there three times already and each time my drinks were absolutely fantastic and exactly what I ordered. They've been busy since they JUST had their grand opening but the coffee is so worth the wait! Definitely a 10/10. Great job Biggby!

Stopped in this afternoon, service was fast and the staff was super friendly. Glad to have this in Dowagiac. Keep up the good work!
For only being open 3 days, my hats off to all the baristas. All are so nice and work very hard. Had great service, not to mention a fabulous cold brew coffee with triple sweet foam!! #It's soooo yummy.
