worst service I have had since I went to an American hospital asked for a normal coke was specified and got diet didn't give straws onion rings where thrown in the bag no container I understand its 16 year olds or people who dropped out of 5th grade but this is sad

it genuinely seems like this BK finds joy in undercooking your food. almost everytime i order from here, it’s almost ALWAYS undercooked. considering dowagiac has 4 fast food places to choose from when you want a quick & fast meal , you’d think they could do a little better at making sure your food is actually COOKED at bare minimum.

I usually like Burger King but this location is one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to.
Both the meals I ordered were thrown together, tasted bad, and they forgot my 10 piece chicken nuggets.
It is in your best interest if you avoid this location all together.

I purchased 4 meals from here 2 of which were kids meals that had the toys missing, one of which was a fiery crispy chicken sandwich. I got home and took a bite out of it and it was absolutely disgusting rubber I had my girlfriend try it and it was the exact same result. I threw it out in the trash and when I called them to ask for a refund they Said that I need to bring my chewed and spit up sandwich from the trash back to get a refund which was absolutely ridiculous. As I was bringing the sandwich back the remnants of the chewed and spit out sandwich in the bag fell through after making the bag soggy. I tried to call them to let them know that the trash sandwich seeped through the bag on the way to return it and they said that I can't get a refund without it even though i had the receipt and had spent 40$ on dinner.
Love the food but don't know why the lobby is only open till 8:30pm. I for one hate going in the drive thru and waiting with my car running and wasting gas. Wish dine in was open at least till 10.

Disappointed. It used to be one of the better BK. Today, did a walk in order, because we were using a coupon. I went to the counter to check, after 15 minutes, because several other people had ordered and received their food. As I got to the counter, a drive through customer came in, they were given the wrong order....ours. technically I should have asked for a whole, freshly made order, or at least the fries, but I just wanted out of there, so I took our bag. We won't be back to that store.

Sitting here now. 26 minutes from ordering. Asked why it's so long. First answer at 15 minutes: I don't know, man. Now: We gave your order to someone in the drive thru. So we continue to wait. At 29 minutes they give us our food. Wednesday seems to be the B team. Also they don't think they have the churos. Not sure if they did not get them here or are already out of them.

Went through the drive thru, today, just now. Woman on headset immediately “go ahead with your order” in a bored, rude tone. i said just a second please. Not even a minute later “go ahead with your order.” tone ruder than before To which then i repeated once more “just a second please” she then told us to get out of the drive thru and have a good day. will not be returning.

Went through the drive thru, it was absolutely terribly slow, very expensive. People were driving away because it's ridiculously slow. They have 2 places to order but, cannot keep up at the windows. Short on help!
