Disappointed. It used to be one of the better BK. Today, did a walk in order, because we were using a coupon. I went to the counter to check, after 15 minutes, because several other people had ordered and received their food. Burger Kings are starting to hit it out of the park lately. Enjoy it while you can before demand becomes high and workers quit due to lack of pay and we re-enter another 10 year funk of old burgers, old fries, and trashy service.
This Burger King was going to hell fast and my husband and I stopped going, service was crappy and food was even crappier.. but then came the new owner and she got new employees and she turned it right around.. now id recommend this one in Dowagiac Michigan, to any of my family and friends and strangers... The food is always fresh and the owner is usually on site.. and if the owner and manager are reading this review, thank you, you guys are doing an amazing job.. please keep...
