I mean, it's McDonald's so I'm not sure what some people on here are expecting. If it's really that bad then maybe do your own cooking, or at least toss a frozen burrito or something into the microwave.
Nicole, Tim, Brian, Maxwell and some of the others ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure customers are taken care of. They are always professional even when off the clock.
Breakfast is always so-so on the biscuits (made / baked properly). Lunch / Dinner is usually pretty good. The problem is that the drive through is always so busy, cars run into the main street. If they could fix that it would be a huge time saver for potential customers driving by, and also increase business because you would get the ones who would have gone through drive through if it wasn't backed up into the street. It's not a management problem because the cars flow...
