Wonderful experience at Oak and Ash for lunch today. Food was amazing. Zero complaints. Everything was eaten and enjoyed. We had the poutine, chips and cheese as apps (wonderful!)For entrees we tried the Cheftian, burrito, burnt end mac and cheese, and the works! Everything was amazing.For dessert we tried the bread pudding. Phenomenal!5 star experience, will definitely be back!

Ate here on Tuesday night. Cool place. Service was good. The burnt ends were fantastic.I also ordered a full rack of ribs and a hot link. The hot link was OK. I’d rate it to three stars. The ribs were OK. I’d rate them three stars as well. I know everyone’s taste on ribs, varies. In my opinion, they were very overcooked. They were falling apart, and a good bbq rib should not fall off the bone. Seasoning was ok. Had the sampling of sauces, but didn’t find one I loved. Saving grace was the burnt ends.I will go back. That’s what I’m ordering. Eat the burnt ends!

We enjoyed our dinner tonight. The tips weren't what we thought but still delicious. The dirty mac is great too. Our son said his burger was good. Friendly staff and a quick turn around

I initially reviewed this place within a month or two of them opening but just came by to check their hours for lunch today and saw this 3.9 overall rating and feel I need to update my review. I've never seen a more undeserved ranking. I looked through and saw most of them were from quite awhile ago. One was from a lady that gave Arby's 5 stars and one from someone who just wanted "Zeeks" back. So if you are trying to decide if you should go here, you should. Great food. Look at the majority of the most recent reviews not the ones from pissed off people year ago or more looking for a $5 all you can eat salad bar from 1987.

Went there last night early eve. And wow service was great, got helped right away. Got 2 drinks and waters within a minute. Thank you, I tried the chili brisket, yummy! She took our order 2 burgers with 2 sides and wow it came out lighting fast! This was my 1st time here, and wow great fast service, actually smiled and enjoyed what she does and cooks the food she said, the prices were great compared to others, and it's now my stomping ground when I'm near or passing through. Dear owner you have a great worker that smiles, works fast with drinks and food! And give her a raise and thanks for us. LolI'll do way more business with this Resturant.

I hate to leave a poor review but I was very disappointed. It's a nice place and nice service but the food was not good at all. The ribs even had a funky rancid aftertaste. The fried pickles were good.
Zeke's was a special place, new decor and feel arent the same, but still exellent. Fish fry was one of the best I've had! Talking to head chef and hearing plans makes me feel good. I will be back to try se 'Q and see what it's all about! Cocktails were a little steep, but excellently made! Do yourself a favor, check it out!

Delicious BBQ lunch spot in gorgeous downtown Dowagiac! I had the burnt ends Mac and it was so good. I also tried the nachos! Wowowow!!! Great service excellent atmosphere!
