I would give Zero stars if possible. Online orders are Never done on time, they literally make you wait in the store while waiting on other customers and it's absolutely ridiculous. Do better or shut off Online orders.

I ordered extra black olives. 7 on my sub. There was almost no other ingredients either. I ordered the toasted sub, they had to have put this in the refrigerator. A few hairs in my sub.. not one, a few. Don't use their site or app. Don't go here, any other subway, not this one.

Literally one of the worst subways I’ve been too. It’s poorly ran, service is always slow, the employees are always complaining about their terrible lives and how they hate the job. They refuse to even toast the flat bread for 20 seconds, I ask for extra cheese and it’s barley a sprinkle… never go here

You can order online and get the points, but they won't start it until you show up. Even then you still have to wait your turn in line till they acknowledge you. Every time I'm told they got busy with online orders. The app says it's done but 20 minutes later they still haven't started.

I’ve been here multiple times in the last week because of being in the area and not many food options. I’m pretty sure I could make a sandwich backwards with one hand and still be faster than these people. They move at a glacier speed, otherwise food is typical Subway food.

A family of 4 were before me and I'm sure online orders were ahead of me also. As I patiently wait watching people paying at the register and one girl making sandwiches. The girl making sandwiches looked right at me, I did a head nod as to greet her but she said gestered nothing and just looked down. As I am the last customer in line the register girl comes and says nothing but makes sandwiches, while the origanal sandwich maker says to the other girl I'll be right back. Now I've been standing there 15 minutes at this point and neither girl acknowledged me or said be right with you. The sandwich girl walk from area and as I stood there thinking what terrible service and why are these workers so sad? 5 minutes pass and still nothing. I shook my head and walked out. Did I mention how terrible the atmosphere was being around such negative vibes.

I have been a loyal customer but i won't be back until staff changes. The staff today seemed to be in a bad mood, possibly fighting with eachother. The older lady was very rude to me because of her bad mood. Completely uncalled for. No longer a customer unless things change.
