My unit from work came here for our Christmas party. They have a nice banquet room in the back of the restaurant. I have been coming here off and on for a couple decades. They used to have a really good Italian beef an a nice Italian bread toped with giardina. They ruined it by putting it on some panini style bread with marinara on it and giardinara on the side. I included a pic. Server was great, couldn't have been more polite, friendly and helpful. The fried fish is great, the fried mushrooms are terrible, they need to change how they do the breading. The onion rings are excellent. I want to try the pizza.
I recommend the wounded minnow.

This place sucks… Not on a Friday night when there is a parade getting ready to go on… Over an hour and no food

Went here with my grandparents. All of us got food, the food was good, nothing to write home about. All of us got water to drink, and we were charged a dollar for each water. It was not bottled or sparkling water, it was just tap water. I've never been to a restaurant or bar where I've been charged for tap water while I've ordered other food or drinks. What a ridiculous policy to charge for water!

A friend and I stopped in on a fall Sat afternoon as first timers on our way through from Edwardsburg to Kalamazoo. We both got the pizza and we both really liked it! We loved the dive bar vibe, the food, the drinks AND the service! We will definitely be back!

I ordered a bowl of chili and a beef sandwich and I was shocked at how much food came out. The chili was very tasty and I enjoyed the way the beef sandwich was served.

The Wounded Minnow is a nice, local place to relax and enjoy some good food.

Appetizer was great! We had cheese curds. We ordered a pizza. The sausage really had not taste but it wasn't a bad pizza. The service was very prompt but a little pushy. The atmosphere needs an update. I did like that the saloon supports local schools and organizations by allowing them to have fundraiser nights! Keep an eye out for those dates!

Usually the food is good, but this last time we had poor service, waited forever to get our food then it was cold had been sitting for at least 45 minutes, very disappointed in the waitress.

Horrible people in general. My daughter 2 years old was actually touched by a bartender for grabbing some ornament she said the owner made. I called owner to complain and was hung up by same nasty women bartender. Owner said he reviewed camera and she never touched my daughter. He also said he didn’t want people like me In his business. The owner is a joke and trust we will never return.
