My unit from work came here for our Christmas party. They have a nice banquet room in the back of the restaurant. I have been coming here off and on for a couple decades. They used to have a really good Italian beef an a nice Italian bread toped with giardina. They ruined it by putting it on some panini style bread with marinara on it and giardinara on the side. A friend and I stopped in on a fall Sat afternoon as first timers on our way through from Edwardsburg to Kalamazoo. We both got the pizza and we both really liked it! We loved the dive bar vibe, the food, the drinks AND the service! We will definitely be back!
I ordered a bowl of chili and a beef sandwich and I was shocked at how much food came out. The chili was very tasty and I enjoyed the way the beef sandwich was served.
