Just happened to be there on Dyngus Day and they had a Polish buffet. It was AWESOME! My husband was almost in tears over the noodles tasting just like his mom made. I love the atmosphere in this place!
Sat at the bar on a Sunday afternoon. Service was very good. Ordered a mushroom swiss burger and they didn't ask how to cook it. Luckily we didn't get a well done burger for someone who prefers medium at the most. The cod basket was small but tasty. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh, but they bring your dressing. The blue cheese dressing was so thin. I swear the milk I had at breakfast was thicker. If you thin out the dressing, don't. If you don't...
Beautiful old feel bar..where everybody knows your name..food is local produce always fresh..the owners hand pick fresh ingredients that you can see and taste in every delicious bite..staff is friendly and eager to answer any questions or offer suggestions...the bar has an excellent bartending staff ready to make any number of delicious holiday cocktails as well as any fan favorites..a good old fashioned with some local honey added ..or a hot toddy when you're a little under...
