We arrived on a Tuesday night at 8:35 pm, after driving 10 hours up from Virginia. Even though the place was empty, and they close at 9:00 p.m., they were so welcoming and kind. We told them that we would hurry, but they kept telling us we didn't need to worry about that, and that we should take our time. Our food came out very quickly and we were done by about 9:00. The whole time we were there, they were so kind, and we never felt ruahed by the staff.. The food tasted...
Visited on 6/7 before attending the annual Ride for a reason (charity motorcycle run) when we arrived the place the was packed! we had to wait 30ish minutes to get a table (no big deal) our server was very nice and on point despite how busy it was, food was excellent fresh & hot me personally am not a fan of Bob Evans from past visits at other locations. I am from Dundee and remember when this was being built as a kid still has that small town charm like I remember not to...
I actually read a bunch of the reviews before coming here and I have never had a server act like this anywhere. I have been a waitress in my past, but mostly my restaurant work experience kitchen/back of house. I know working in any customer service field and dealing with what the general public has become is far from easy, but basic people and communication skills are the bare minimum. I know tough days, heck or longer, happen but even when I tried to get some more decent service...
