I am a traveling nurse and I'm constantly on the road. Unfortunately I eat fast food quite often. Each visit to a fast food restaurant I encounter the same thing bad customer service and unpleasant employees. On 6/2 around 10:15am I stopped in Dundee on my way to Ohio and it was the first time in a couple of years that I used the drive thru and actually encountered a pleasant employee who offered excellent customer service. Order was received exactly as ordered and most importantly we received above and beyond service from Brian when we had an auto emergency and needed help, he offered to let us use the store phone, but luckily I got my cell phone working and didn’t need to use the store phone after all, but still the offer meant a lot to us as visitors from out of state, thanks so very much for being there for us!
