We stopped and used the drive thru at the Dundee Culvers. We waited after ordering for 20 mins to get a kids meal and root beer float. The kids ice cream looked like it was sitting out and melted so they put it back in the freezer to save it. Root beer float was also mostly melted. We had to trash the fries. I visit Culvers regularly in other cities and have higher expectations. We dont mind waiting for our food if its still good. Usually we would at least get a sorry for the...
