Today 11/26 around 9pm I came through the drive through and had ordered a brownie extreme! From the second I took the first bite I knew and tasted something wrong. I thought it was stale brownie so I pulled around asking if I could switch my blizzard to something else, they we’re unfortunately not able to give me a new one so its ok whatever! The restaurant is clean, the people are very nice. The burgers are terrible since the home office changed the so called beef in their sandwiches. The hamburger is tasteless and no where as good as they use to be. The home office should fire their research team. It’s to bad that the workers there are so nice and polite and are asked by the home office to sell such terrible hamburgers.
