I have to say this is the worst Mexican food I have ever had. The margaritas were just as disappointing.
Really wanted Mexican food since everything has been closed due to quarantine. I’ve only lived in the area for about 6 months and still haven’t tried La Fiesta since moving here. The customer service was great! The ordering process was so simple and the lady on the phone was super nice. Went to pick up my food and had another great experience with the person who cashed me out. However, eating my food.... was the problem. It wasn’t authentic, it was very Americanized Mexican. The salsa has a weird barbecue flavor and the queso was very thick. I give it three stars because the service was great, the food however was not so great. If you want real Mexican food, find a different place!
We haven't been to the Dundee location in a long time. Still a great place. Food was excellent, atmosphere is very friendly.

Asked for lemons with tea, took 10 minutes after drink was served to get lemons. Asked for a bowl of soup, was served a cup, when I told watress that I would just eat the cup, she proceeded to present me with another cup of soup.
Food was good. But the ladies bathroom downstairs was out of order.
Their service and food was very good.
The food was amazing as always. Service, seems to be getting worse. Might I suggest not getting seated in basement. Everytime we do it's like you are forgotten. Today we received our sour cream AFTER our meals were finished. Kudos to man who came down to check on us or we wouldn't have had drinks for our meal. If we didn't love the food there, we wouldn't frequent.
The food was over cooked and the cook didn't listen to requests made about it. Very bland won't be back
