Been here a few times usually no issues. Today I ordered a bagel, frozen hot chocolate, and six donuts. They give me the bagel and drink first I pull out the bagel from the packaging as I wait for the donuts and right in the middle there’s a hair. I immediately get the lady through the window and tell her about the hair and show her no apologies or nothing. She tells what in assuming is the manager (older guy) he says to just make a new one. They were very unkind about it…...

I had a very tasty sandwich and chips. After going through the drive-thru and realizing that I didn’t get the drink that comes with the meal or a receipt, I went aside and let the cashier know. She seemed suspicious and asked a few questions, eventually finding the receipt and then giving me the drink and receipt. It would have been nice if she had acknowledged that a mistake had been made and an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I felt as if she thought I was inconveniencing...

Got exceptional service from Ben today if I could give 10 stars I would. Wanted a cinnamon roll and he made a great suggestion with the apple fritter. Will be back to see him again. Thanks Ben will be back before I move to
