Honestly what is this. Have some pride in your job. Upwards of $40 for an order with 3 items. A burger, the wrong side, and this "escargot"...In a styrofoam cup of cold shredded cheese. While no one is expecting you to serve five star food, what we got tonight was an absolute scam. Ya'll making me Karen on fb just so other people don't waste their hard earned money on this.
I will say Iron Horse has lost its touch. The food quality is poor compared to the years before, and the amount given has been downsized a lot from what it used to be. I had a meeting there and was very ashamed of everything compared to how nice it used to be. For having few customers, I was shocked that some of my food was burnt. Also was asked if we needed anything, after a while the waitress came back and apologized that she forgot about us. Will not be recommending it anymore...read full review
