been sitting in line at the lobby for over 20 minutes the lobby has several people waiting and a majority of the "workers" just standing around. you need to hire more people to actually work I never had a problem until you hired all new people now everytime I come I'm stuck waiting 20 or more minutes for 1 burger and in all honesty my latest trips make me wanna travel to owosso bc I know it's not gunna take 20 or plus minutes in line waiting after I ordered. VERY disappointed
Very disappointed in the customer service. We walked a unlocked door( to me means we are open) to hear our dining room is closed. I said we have a horse trailer and are not able to go through the drive thru. The worker stated our dining room is closed I don't even have a till open. He didn't even say I'm sorry, or let me see if we could help some other way. I understand being short staffed. but if your dining room is closed, lock the door! so we went to McDonald's and had...read full review
