Donovan is a very rude arrogant waiter.
We have had other waiters that have been great, but not Donovan

First of all a big thank you to our server Donovan T. As out of state guests, he gave us a great overview of the menu. As well as awesome recommendations. The fried green tomatoes were wonderful, and we make a pretty good batch ourselves. My spouse ordered the Sea scallop and shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it so much we barely spoke during dinner. I enjoyed the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with macaroni and cheese and a side of great collard greens.

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon with 10 guests, 4 children. Appetizers were outstanding and the buffalo okra was amazing. Cocktails were made perfectly and our waitress was spot on especially dealing with 10 guests. Food was outstanding and a good variety. I got the whitefish picante which was cooked perfectly. We had family in from Texas and Massachusetts and they all loved it. We will be back for sure. Outstanding!!!!

I had the scallops and shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. My wife's greens were the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely be back😋

Donovan our server was amazingly attentive, nice and helpful! He gave great suggestions and we loved our crab stuffed hush puppies, deep fried deviled eggs, Lake Superior whitefish, shrimp, smoked gouda grits, spicy coleslaw, greens, and mashed potatoes & gravy 😋 The man singing was a nice surprise and added to the ambiance ✨

I ordered the blackened grouper Reuben, and it was poorly constructed. The marbled rye bread wasn’t properly toasted and became soggy and limp, barely able to hold the grouper—especially problematic given how soft the fish already is compared to a traditional corned beef Reuben. It might suit those who prefer their food very soft and generously salted, but it wasn’t for me.

Love the food! Love the oysters, better than chop house. And not as pricey. Never been disappointed in the food. Best fried chicken I've ever had. And their grouper rueben is phenomenal. The homemade strawberry shortcake and key lime pie is absolutely delicious Absolutely recommend. 10/10 for me and my husband.

Marginal. The cup of soup is small @$9.
Had the buttermilk chicken salad shared… for $27 and you can safely say our first and last visit.

Our server was awesome! Very helpful and kind. I had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon, the glaze was tasty but the fish was dry.
My friend had the Su chowder and he enjoyed it.
