The BEST matcha and ube soft serve I’ve ever had, coming back next time for the swirl. What an absolute delight! Amazing staff too!

French fries were undercooked.
Pretty sure the fryer was turned off, then back on when we got there close to closing time. *ugh
The "chicken" straps were basically breaded chicken foam.
No one ate them.
Hot dogs? Meh.
The place is dirty, gross even.
The employees couldn't care less about customer service NOR quality of food.
I'll never go there again.

I love Crazy Charlie's, I've been going ever since I was a baby and it's acting so delicious. They make great time with their long lines, not at all pricey, and it's a lovely environment

have been coming here ever since I was a little kid amazing hotdogs!!!
Decent service, I personally do not prefer the boiled hot dog but the toppings I got (Chili, cheese and sauerkraut) were good, very cheap prices, Man at the front was very disinterested in being there

Hot dogs are great, but I wouldn't recommend anything else at ALL on the menu.

Had a craving for hot dogs after landing at Grand Rapids airport. This place looked good and it did not disappoint. Delicious, good location, and beautiful afternoon in June. Very good !

Great got dogs without soggy buns! The dogs ate better quality than most hot dog places (it seems to me). Great variety of toppings. Made fresh. I always go around 1 or 2 in the afternoon to avoid the student rush from the high school.

It’s pretty decent, filling most definitely. However, it’s a tad bit pricy, costed about $10 for 2 hotdogs and a Shake. But, very friendly store and it’s pretty niceAlso, chilli cheese fries are pretty good

East Grand Rapids is to Grand Rapids Michigan what Highland Park is to Dallas, what Alamo Heights is to San Antonio, what Beverly Hills is to L.A. It's about their schools, family, & small charming business district. You can take it or leave it. This is where you find Crazy Charlie’s known for their hot dogs. I had the JERSEY DOG - mustard, kraut, pickles. If you like your hot dogs steamed, soft, light, and airy with kraut, mustard, and pickles then you will enjoy these. It seems children love them.
