Protein shake was decent, however, how can you charge almost $13 for a protein shake. The woman working recommended one to me, and their menu was very confusing to understand so I just said I'll take it. $13 BEANS!!! That's more than my hourly wage this place almost put me in debt. Couldn't afford dinner after I dropped a bag on just a decent protein shake . STG they think they are Erewhon with those prices. Anyway, the lady working was nice still, so nice I was too scared to say no I don't want it anymore after I saw my total. The three stars are because the shake was pretty tasty which most protein shakes are kinda gross to me, so that's a win. The more I sipped it the more I enjoyed it probably because every sip was worth $1.

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened in 2020 but haven't had the chance until now and it is so good! They have a wide selection of shakes, juices, teas and more. I got the Oreo shake and it had 24 grams of protein plus was super tasty. Perfect for a post workout snack/meal. They order both vegan and whey proteins too. There is a new owner and he is extremely nice--he let me come in to order even though they were closed. The store is decorated very cute too with trendy seating and decorations. Would highly recommend!

the prices here are outrageous. i got a coffee for $10 and their prices aren’t posted anywhere so you can’t check. the coffee tasted powdery and did not taste like coffee at all

Love this shake and tea place and all of the amazing people who work here. The products they use are Herbalife which has been around for years and also carry NSF sport certified products. If you are looking for “sugar free” this is your place! 5star tea bar! Give it a try

I had really high hopes for this place, but I think it is overpriced for what you get. The quality of the shakes and teas is not what I expected. The shake was pretty chalky and powdery, and the tea was overpoweringly sweet.

Lol "family run business" - this place is a Herbalife scam (hence the continuous owner turnover - its just people in their downline). The shakes taste terrible and the only "fitness credentials" these people have is some Boss Babe mugs.
