Aaron and Felicia have been awesome both times I have been to this McDonalds! They have great attention to detail and are awesome/friendly each time. I have had issues with the mobile app, but they have gotten me sorted with a smile twice now! Looking forward to returning many more times!
Driving through, decided to stop here for a quick dinner. Placed an order on the app, came up and gave them the code. Pulled around, wait wasn't super long, they told us to pull up and wait for food. We waited probably almost 5mins, and the food came out, in the hands of a girl who REALLY didn't sound like she wanted to be there. Thank goodness we didn't have her as the order taker. Other than that experience, food was great, very fresh - fries were just dumped...

Huge shoutout to the East Jordan McDonald’s team! Despite being absolutely slammed due to the power outage, the crew remained professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. The service was fast, friendly, and organized, even with the overwhelming number of customers.
