I built my own tacos and tried the vegan specialty taco. All were so good and different. The Impossible chorizo had a good kick. The mushrooms were incredible. The chili tofu was crispy and spicy. My favorite sauce was the chimichurri! I had a virgin pineapple marg, which hit the spot.

Barrio Taco
We stopped at Barrio Taco for lunch on our way from Chicago to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada, using it as our midpoint break on a long drive. And honestly, it did the job.

It's genuinely deserving of the five star review. I NEVER post five out of five stars because I believe there's always something a location can improve but this was perfect. Tacos were so good I bit through and ate a full bites worth of the aluminum foil it's wrapped with and I didn't notice.
