I only wish there were more locations closer to me. This was my first time experiencing Big Apple Bagels and the first bite of the bagel was amazing. It took me back 50 years to when I was in elementary school and you could buy bagels on Fridays. They now have a customer for life!
Man I wish I lived closer so I could become a regular. I love getting the breakfast BLT. The team at babs is so friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my next visit! Edit to add a photo of this amazing turkey club we got today.

I have gone to big apple bagels alot over the years. This past year it has been hit and miss. My orders are often made wrong or I am missing a bagel, wrong cream cheese even my breakfast sandwich made poorly. Sometimes they get everything right. Unfortunately, since my last recent visit they dropped the ball again. The staff seem more distracted with other things than customer service. Hopefully they can take this as a way to be better focused on customer service and attention...
