I placed a order through BK app to this location when I got there they did not have what I ordered after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and was told rudely that I would have to get a refund through BK app. I looked at app while still there and there is no option for a refund through the app as it is paid online to the location. Very slow service in the drive-thru and my son's drink had a dead spider in it. We won't be returning to that location.
