This location is one of the worst in the greater lansing area. I went in to order and the man helping me, who seemed to be the manager, did not give me nearly the proper portions for a bowl and I even asked for a little more rice and corn and he simply ignored me and wouldn’t answer my question about why he can’t give me extra toppings. This chipotle single-handedly ruined my experience with chipotle and I will never pay $12 for a bowl that has $5 worth of food in it ever again. It is pitiful and embarrassing and I would strongly advise staying away from this location.

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant, and this place sucks. Never have food ready, no chips, tried to get coke and it came out clear. No steak, chicken, or white rice. Tried to pay and the credit card reader was down and had to go find cash. Just an all out disaster, no matter how much you want chipotle do NOT come here.

I have been to MSU chipotle a couple of times and the service is absolutely terrible and so is the atmosphere, besides my most recent trip to the MSU chipotle where the line was extremely long, but there was one girl named Francheska working it all by herself with a smile on her face. She was extremely patient with everyone and had amazing costumer service. The fact she was all by herself and did not complain or looked discouraged shows how much of an amazing worker she is. 5 stars for Francheska

Food is great, but they often run out of it. Went in around 7:00 on a Sunday and they were out of guac, queso, beans, sour cream, and TORTILLAS. I think this is unacceptable.
Staff was intentionally rude. I don’t expect a lot from fast food but this was probably the worst I’ve seen in Lansing.

The staff were nice. But how is Chipotle out of sour cream at 145 on a Tuesday? Haven't even been open for 3 hours yet. Send a manager to a store. Do a payout for it. Also, my food was room temp at best. Not hot like food standards require. Also. $20 and some change. For a bowl, a half a bag of chips, and a small drink. This reminded me why I go to Qudoba. Once the warm weather hits, I'll be making the extra walk. The only thing this place has is convenient location. Also, the counters were stacked with dirty dishes and every single lemonade dispenser (except for the minute maid) was empty and looks like it's been empty for days. I'm definitely thinking that food safety standards are not enforced here as nearly as much as they should be. I also work in food service, and while I don't think where I work is up to standards, this location is far below what I would call acceptable for a large chain fast food location.

I am very upset. I order online orders from this location so that I can go pick them up. the last time I went it took them over 20 minutes to get my order ready and then this time I went and picked up my order and I drove all the way home once I got back the burrito they put in my bag was NOT my burrito. It had so many thing on it that I do not like and it’s disgusting a waste of money.
