Ordered on door dash at work for lunch because I work 3rd shift and it’s one of the only late night options. Placed order at 1:19am heard NOTHING until I called the restaurant at 2am (because they close at 2:30am) to a rude young man who didn’t ask for any information about me or my order just “its on its way” my order NEVER came. Wasted most of my lunch break waiting on a phone call.

Delicious! The guys who work there are silly and fun. No eating outside and even at mid-day it looks kinda sketch. I would really recommend to everyone but it’s a calorie bomb.

I’ve been going here since 2020, during that time I’ve watched quite a fall from greatness that this place used to once be. I used to order the dweeb, mac and cheese bites and broccoli and cheddar bites with rad sauce and get out of there for $20-25 and be able to split it all with my girlfriend and I. Now one burrito almost costs you as much as that. The sides used to cost around $5-6. They’re now $10. They used to include cups of sauce for free. They’re .50 cents now. It’s ridiculous. In addition, the staff has gotten ruder and ruder and there’s always rap music playing and people giving you the side eye. If you ask a question you’re rewarded with a half effort answer with the most pretentious rudeness.. and then they expect a tip. It’s almost as if the owner has no interaction with his managers or staff or just simply tries to achieve an environment where you feel unwanted. The quality of food has also decreased significantly along with items being taken off the menu. I got 2 burritos and Mac and cheese bites and it cost $35 before tip. It’ll be my last time going here unless things change. It’s really a shame. I used to recommend this place to everyone when talking about new places to visit in the Lansing area. Now I tell people to stay away.

Food was decent for a college town. seemed overpriced, but again, college town. Dude taking orders could use a refresher on customer service skills, very rude and offputting

Conrad’s was suggested to me by many of my students as a great place to get inexpensive and delicious food. I was not disappointed in the least as far as the food is concerned. My Philly wrap was perfect! The steak blended perfectly with the cheese and tots to form mouth watering deliciousness. The atmosphere is terrible. The sports memorabilia looked like they had been abandoned there since the 90’s. The clerks acted like I was disturbing their slumber. The whole place is literally plastered with signs urging you to grab your food and move out. It worked.
