Really bad experience here. I would not recommend as they have turned into a $2 margarita student hang out with average food and bad service. We went on a Thursday night around 7:45pm. No menus and their QR code won't load due to bad cell phone reception. No one knew the wireless code. We asked for a custom margarita with upper shelf, but they said they cannot make those. Easily the best TSC location in the Lansing area. I used to always go to the Lake Lansing Rd location until they started using so much bleach that your nose burns walking in the place, but without that, I wouldn't have found this location. Consistently, this location makes the best quality food and smoothies. Always warm, always completely blended, always quick. I only know the manager Hayley by name, but all the staff is really awesome and does a top notch job.

First time at a Tropical smoothie. Walked in to an empty place, only to have about 6 employees all rush out from the back just to stand there and stare at us. A little awkward. Was a good smoothie. Liked the edible straws.
