Staff is nice, cafe is spacious, tea is awesome, and the restroom is IMMACULATE, spotless and dust free. omg I can't emphasize the importance of food businesses having a clean and odor free restroom!! It just shows how much the owner cares about their business. I appreciate this establishment.

I'm a boba lover, and I've tried Kungfu, Momo, HiTea(?), Koala, and Gongcha (my 2nd favorite, but their pearls are too small). But this is the best place for boba--it is all about the tea and the pearls y'all.

Great boba and mochi donuts. The tapioca pearls were perfectly cooked and my lychee tea was made perfectly to order with my preferences. The biscoff (cookie butter) churro mochi donut was fresh and tasty!
