Hate to do it, but Saginaw’s location is SO MUCH BETTER. Will never blame the employees here, but there is typically just one employee staffed which makes online ordering slow (even when ordering online 15-20 min in advance).
This morning I made an online order here before my 10am shift. When I got to the location, the doors were locked and no one was in the building, but could see my order “in progress” on their screen.

I want to take a moment to recognize [ “K“an amazing employee”] at this Dunkin. Their customer service was outstanding—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, she kept a smile on their face and made the experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and kind employees. Thank you for starting my day off right!
Dry tasteless donuts. They were out of what I came for. Cashier was very polite

Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of delicious food and beverages. The restaurant is known for its friendly and dedicated employees, who strive to provide excellent customer service. One employee, "K", was particularly praised for their outstanding service, maintaining a smile and ensuring orders were perfect even during busy rushes.
However, the restaurant seems to be understaffed at times, with long wait times and unanswered phone calls reported. The manager may need to consider hiring more employees to better accommodate the demand.
Despite these challenges, the Dunkin' location is clean, and the food is described as fresh and delicious. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and suitable for quick visits with children. Overall, Dunkin' appears to be a reliable and enjoyable dining option for those seeking a quick, tasty treat.
