Hate to do it, but Saginaw’s location is SO MUCH BETTER. Will never blame the employees here, but there is typically just one employee staffed which makes online ordering slow (even when ordering online 15-20 min in advance).
This morning I made an online order here before my 10am shift. When I got to the location, the doors were locked and no one was in the building, but could see my order “in progress” on their screen.
I want to take a moment to recognize [ “K“an amazing employee”] at this Dunkin. Their customer service was outstanding—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, she kept a smile on their face and made the experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and kind employees. Thank you for starting my day off right!
Dry tasteless donuts. They were out of what I came for. Cashier was very polite
