The East Café staff was very friendly and welcomed me in at the door. The food I ordered was Vegetable Egg Foo Young. The cook said that it was not on the menu but she prepared it for me anyway. The restaurant was not busy at the time I stopped by, so me and the cook had a wonderful conversation about Culture. I learned from her and she learned from me. It was an awesome experience. The food taste fresh and the price was good too.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was still a student in college. The food has always been so amazing. Sad that the owners are leaving soon. I wish them the best!
The food came out quickly and we’re all flavorful and hot. Very mom and pop atmosphere inside and out so it feels much like home.
