This was the worst breakfast experience I have ever had. I should have been smart and looked at the reviews ahead of time. I went in with a group of 4. It took some time to get on the wait list which was understandable due to it being a little busy, but nothing crazy. At least half of the restaurant was still empty. The only good part of the trip was the hardworking host. Once we were sat down, we were greeted by a server who was friendly, however didn’t really seem to know how to operate her tablet. She was also verbal about being busy in which we all completely understood. We ordered two apps and our main meals in which she stated she would get our apps out before the food. After that, we did not get our drinks for at least 15-20 minutes (still completely understanding). Once the server dropped the drinks off, we didn’t see her again until after our food was delivered (which was another 40-50 minutes). When our food (apps and mains all together) got to the table, none of us had any silverware so we had to wait for the server to come to the table. She said she was going to bring us some and never did so we ended up getting it ourselves at the host stand. The food was not worth the wait by any means. To start, the food was lukewarm at best. The eggs were covered in grease, the hash browns were barely cooked in the middle, and I ended up finding a beard hair in the hash browns. Two of the other people I was with ordered chicken and waffles where the butter didn’t even melt and the chicken was way overcooked. I understood that the server was clearly busy but at this point it didn’t seem like we were getting any service at all. When the server finally came to the table, we told her we were ready for our checks which still ended up taking another 15-20 minutes to get. Overall, it was completely disappointing and took far longer than it needed to. If you’re considering giving this place a chance, please just save your money cause it seems like others are having the same problem.

Bad experience. Took over 2 hours for us to get seated, order, and get our food, the server barely checked on us, we didn’t even receive all of our food, and the entire place was sticky and dirty. I understand they could be short staffed but we had to flag down 2 different servers just to get our checks so we could leave. (bathroom floor was so sticky i almost lost my shoes)

My wife and I just moved here from Georgia, so we are trying sort out what restaurants to avoid and this is #1 so far.Waited 20 min to sit (totally fine we opted to wait)Waitress took our order immediately which was great and then radio silence. Families came in and out around us while we were just sitting there without our drinks. 25 minutes went by and we still didn't see our drinks (Coke and sprite) the last straw was a family getting sat down and getting their drinks immediately. Just walked out. Spent over an hour at this place.

So, met the kids at IHOP today. Was super excited for some pancakes. Got the early and moved tables due to two other kids joining us. Not a big deal. We sat there 15 minutes before anyone else looked in on us. Finally asked for a server. Ten minutes later after seeing two employees pointing towards our table, the server finally came over. I was excited for the Bacon Omelette... Pic showed it covered in bacon... Good finally came out and it was nowhere close to what was pictured. Had a minimal sprinkle of bacon on the top.Now for the server... She was nice and pleasant however, it was getting a little annoying when she kept reaching in front of me to hand my wife her order and refills... This happened numerous times. You never reach across a customer... will find it very hard to go back...

Went for breakfast with my son..it wasn't busy and told 15 tops for food...he got his hash browns and bacon and eggs but not the thin mint pancakes...our lemon rigoccta crepes we got to share were horrible..no lemon taste at all..way over cooked and tough and dry ...hardly any filling..I had the biscuit with cream and strawberries...it was dry..didn't have the powered sugar and the drizzle of syrup on it and no whip cream..hardly any of the cream cheese filling in it..asked waitress (who was great) about pancakes since it had been 25 min since everything else came and she said the 1st ones were messed up and they dropped the 2nd ones but instead of 1 pancake she was having them make 2..hmm..he got the combo and it was suppose to have 2! 45 min after getting there his 2 pancakes came out which we got to go...Waitress did have the manager comp the crepes (dont ever get) and the biscuit with the cream and strawberries...They need new kitchen staff! Didn't eat the scrambled eggs due to black stuff on them from a dirty grill...won't be back!

I came here on my birthday, and the service was absolutely terrible. I came with my family thinking that I was going to have a good time and delicious food and boy was I wrong. The food was absolutely disgusting, the service was disgusting, and you could tell that the waitresses/waiter weren’t paying attention and messed up our orders. Also the hostess had a very foul body odor. The food was disgusting, cold, and not to mention I had these girls(customers) staring at me and my family the whole meal and that just agitated me more. I called to try to talk to a manager the next day and hung up because when I told her that I had an issue she replied with “okay?” In a rude and condescending tone So I chose to just end the conversation and hang up. I definitely will never be coming back to this restaurant And I hope other people choose not to either.
