IHOP is a reliable pancake house that offers a standard dining experience. The food, including the Chicken and Waffles, is generally well-received and reasonably priced. The staff are often described as friendly and helpful, with one server, Cho, being wonderful and super nice. While the bacon game needs work with flimsy bacon for the price, the Tres Leches pancakes are super super delicious.
