“We have been to many Indian restaurants. This was up with the best we've had. True Indian cuisine. Michigan State has 50000+ on-campus students, multiply that by family and friends, and if some of you visitors seek authentic Indian food try Swagath. \nIf You E. Lansing Swagath owner/operator folks are checking your reviews, we really liked everything , but we suggest you find an interior advisor (e.g. some where around MSU, and change your lighting). Make yuor dining area warmer. It didn't bother us; we just notice that kind of thing. Thanks for the great meal.“

“Sree Saffron is the best Indian restaurant in the area!! Every single time I visit in person or order delivery the food is AMAZING. It’s so flavorful and has SPICE. Their Gobi Manchurian has the perfect level of spice and crunch that serves to highlight and blend with the cauliflower. I also have ordered their paneer butter masala and their chicken tikka masala (spice level: medium) and have loved them. Spicy medium level is perfect for me in that it’s spicy enough for you to taste it but can still enjoy the meal (it’s not burning your lips or have a runny nose). Will definitely always come here for Indian food.“

We had many questions about the menu since we are not super knowledgeable about Indian cuisine, and she was so patient and willing to make suggestions. The food was delicious..we split multiple dishes so we could try more and they were all excellent- and enough for leftovers! Looking forward to trying all different ones next time!“

“Love the buttered chicken with the garlic and cheese naan. The portions are big enough that I can make one dish into a couple meals. The rice pudding I would more likely call it soup but that doesn't change anything about how good it is! Loveee, the rice pudding lol“
