order is always made super late even when you place a mobile order in advance. waited for my single smoothie for over 25 minutes and the person who came in before me got their smoothie first. place was barely busy. very disappointed.

Worst service. Have had to cancel orders bc I place them on the app and they’re never ready on time. Waited over 45 minutes once for 3 smoothies. Just a bunch of college students acting busy but not really working, just wandering around in the back looking at their phones while they look at the recipes lol what a joke of a place. Don’t know how it has nearly 5 stars, probably friends/students trying to boost their own ratings.

Today I went in to Aunties/Jamba after my last visit 5 months ago. My very first experience was horrible. However, today's experience was completely different. 1st off, Audrey was so kind and friendly. She literally made everything fresh. Her and the gentleman working went above and beyond and were so tentative to what they were doing but still kept a line of great communication with me. The pretzels and smoothie were phenomenal. Such a great pair those 2. Thank you for great customer service experience tonight

The smoothie I got from here was okay. I guess they had a glitch in the system so 2 smoothies I ordered on the app didn’t charge me but went through on their end. So when my husband went to pick them up, they hadn’t even made any of them yet because they told me they had to charge me over the phone, since I wasn’t there in person before they can make them. They gave him a hard time before he ended up calling me to fill me in on what was going on. I told them forget it & just make the one that I was charged for. In my opinion, they should have had them made for when they said the smoothies would be ready for pick up instead of having us wait more time. Also, if there’s a glitch then either take those down from the website or just give them to the customers if they order from the website. Even if it doesn’t charge them. I think it’s just common customer service courtesy. The way that it was handled could have been better, in my opinion. Next time I do decide to go there, I’ll just have to go in person rather than order from the app.

I didn’t get a chance to try the juice however 6:30 on Monday the door is locked. All lights are on, including the open sign and there is a girl standing inside, just staring at me. I’m trying to find out if they are closing early or she just needed a break and maybe was the only one working, but just that there, listening to the phone rang, and did not answer nor come to the door to say what was going on. Really wanted to try it and there were no signs n door saying closing early or nothing

I was so super excited to finally get a Jamba back in Michigan. Honestly the last time we had Jamba near us is when Target had Jamba smoothies in their food court area like a decade ago before they replaced it with another company. Then last time we had some good Jamba was last year in California, so I ran into this location when I first spotted it in May. The people working here both times were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This is a nice location next to Target on the main strip across from MSU and is also an Auntie Anne's pretzels. We got a large smoothie which my daughter enjoyed and finished every last drop. I got their cloud iced match tea. At first it was not very sweet and did not have enough foam but they were more than happy to remake it. I did not want them to waste, so they just added more sweetener and then it was perfect. I do hope this place lasts. There is another smoothie place a couple doors down and honestly I have seen more customers coming out of the competition and we have been the only ones here both times but Jamba is one of our favorites and plan on returning again soon. Perhaps once school starts back up this place will have a lot of traffic and there are so many things we want to try like their bowls and cold brew.
This place is great. They have amazing and fresh fruit! Carol and joe took care of us with great energy, would ten out of ten recommend.

i cant begin to describe how amazing their store owner is. he is SUPER kind and even gave me a free pretzel along with what i had ordered. i will make sure to come back more frequently!

I had a great experience while at Jamba Juice! My smoothie was just how I like it and the customer service was exceptional! Alyssa (who made my smoothie) knocked it put of the park. The facility was also very clean. Highly recommend this location!
