Little Caesars Pizza

No greeting when I arrived. I waited in an empty lobby, I wasn't sure if anyone knew I was there. When I politely called to the back after waiting a few minutes, they just responded with a bored/annoyed "someone will be with you shortly," as if I was being impatient. With the smallest increase in effort toward polite customer service this location could improve their score.

I ordered Little Caesars breadsticks and wings. The girl that took my order afterwards went to the back sat down played on her phone then touched her hair and then proceeded to take food items out of the oven and handle breadsticks with no gloves. The other employee that was there was a gentleman who is making pizzas he had no gloves on he was touching his clothes and still touching the pepperoni and the food. At one point he came up and helped another customer at the window took an earbud out of his ear set it on the counter put it back in his ear and then proceeded to go back to the back and touch things this is disgusting.

Staff showed absolutely no sense of urgency at the make like and one of your crew members thinks it is alright for him to speak to people rudely with a condescending tone.

Made a mobile order and bread had multiple blonde hairs in it. About 3” long. Disgusting. Management gave me a refund at least.

It is a crowded place, there is often a wait, it is quite cluttered in the back half of the establishment, the staff are over worked and seemingly under paid. The food quality is not what it used to be and it seems as though the establishment is going downhill. It is decent food, not high quality, it also has nearly no space to wait for your food, the staff are often stressed and there is a high turnover rate for employees due to being overworked and underpaid. Although the do a good job when it comes to large orders but there is often a 10 to 20 minutes wait for walk-in orders anymore because of this.

Didn't get food... They wouldn't deliver, the app doesn't work, and Even though it says free delivery, I was going to be charged $11.00 for delivery.

Great if you want something cheap and fast. The pizza is nothing to write home about, but good for drunken college students or someone that wants to eat immediately. The pizza is always hot, the crazy bread not so much. That's always a miss

Msu location is a joke! They don't know what they're doing at all! An hour wait 10 mins later 25 min wait. You can't custimze pizzas even if you have to pay more to do it. Crazy crust on 6 pizzas somehow missed the crust & hit the box on every single one! Never going back!

I went in for a hot and ready and some crazy bread but they said they were out of everything. I waited too long for my food just to get home and find out that the bread sticks were completely soggy, and the pizza had no sauce on it at all (I ordered it with no alterations). I called and asked if I could get either a refund or new food and the woman was very rude. She asked if I had eaten any of it. How do you think I found out it was soggy, and had no sauce on it? That makes me feel like they wanted it back to give to someone else or something. I’d rather get Cosco pizza next time.

saw two ppl drop a pizza paddle on the ground and then use it on pizzas coming out of the oven no woah in between could not believe my eyes

Ordered ahead of time by an hour for 5 pizzas. Got there at the ending estimate and got the email saying it was ready. Was not ready and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes until I asked how the progress was. The customer service was extremely poor for being patient. Go get Domino's or go the extra mile to any other store until the staff has turned over.
