Shoutout to Olivia for personally asking my door dasher to get me a Diet Pepsi instead of a regular. Service was above and beyond!

I made an online delivery order. There was no option to include zap packs. I tried to call for 7 minutes straight. Eventually the person kept just kept picking up and promptly hanging up. This occurred at 7:30pm November 18th. Managers take care of it please. Thank you.

Update: They finally answered 15 minutes later. Told them I wanted some zap packs with my order. He said I'd need to take it up with my door dasher? He then said he would take care of it. Delivery arrived - no zap packs. Such a simple thing 😮‍💨

Tried both the cheese and pepperoni crazy puffs and it paired insanely well with the pink lemonade. The food tasted well made and fresh. The servers were super nice and friendly. The store is kept fairly clean, parking can be tricky, solid location, no complaints from me.

Slow. Waited over 15 minutes for one pizza. I ordered on the mobile app ahead of time and instead of saving time I ended up waiting time. I asked if my pizza was ready and the lady told me she was boxing it up and lied to me to my face. Also they messed up my order scammed me for money.

So all the reviews are cap Olivia at the register was so nice and they got our food so fast it was astounding. She’s the goat, give her a raise. This is the best location ever.

It’s a college pizza place, what can I say! Food is always fast, fresh, good, and hot, with cheap prices! Order online for discounts! Located right next to a Beer and Liquor store, so it’s a one stop shop…pizza and beer!

Location: 1203 E Grand River, East Lansing, MI. Very little prkng. First visit here. Or to any Little C in a few yrs. Ordered online with $$ off coupon. The order instructions said I could ask for my order from the cashier. Also said I would get email and a push notification. Went to the counter. There were no other customers. Also saw a tall pizza pickup dispenser. Had instructions for entering a code to access my order. My order was the only one in the machine. There were three employees. Two were talking; to me?, to each other?, couldn't tell. I asked. The older, obese, wmn cashier, without looking up from her phone; said she was talking to me. That I shd have brought my phn in. That I needed to enter a code to access my order, the only order in the machine. Another much younger wmn employee, said she could open the machine for me. She did. I asked abt parmesan cheese packets. The grumpy/hostile older wmn employee said they didn't have any.
Apparently, this store has never had a new customer. They were less than eager to be helpful or friendly. This store is near a large university. Perhaps they only get frequent student customers who already know their specific procedures. Anyway, no need to be polite and helpful to a new customer ... Is there??? Not a pleasant experience.
Well, the one topping pepperoni pizza was fine. 🤔☹️🫤

No greeting when I arrived. I waited in an empty lobby, I wasn't sure if anyone knew I was there. When I politely called to the back after waiting a few minutes, they just responded with a bored/annoyed "someone will be with you shortly," as if I was being impatient. With the smallest increase in effort toward polite customer service this location could improve their score.
