I got the fried rice and the server was very polite and helpful . I added garlic butter to mine. It tasted fine but wasn't worth &22. I only had like two good pieces of chicken. Which was very underwhelming. Hardly had any vegetable such as zucchini. Only had like 3 pieces of those. I'll go back for sushi one day maybe
The food at Maru Sushi & Grill was excellent—everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.
Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. We waited a long time for our food, never received the soup we ordered (but were still charged for it), and didn’t get soda drink refills during the meal.
Overall, the food was great, but the service experience needs improvement to match the quality of the food.

Update: 2 weeks later I am sitting at the bar and they have NO beer. Well ok a Japanese IPA made in Kentucky. The manager has changed and something is terribly wrong here. No beer in a Sushi restaurant?
