First time to order from this McDonalds branch and everything was perfect. I got the order on time and everything I ordered was there. The big Mac was tasty and the nuggets were fresh. They added ketchup and napkins. The order was right so 5 stars.

You go in line just to be told to go park in a space and wait 15 minutes for your food and then after waiting that long you don't even get the right food. Really need to work on efficiency. I do understand restaurant chains being short staffed but let's pls work on this...

Every time they always mess up the order or forget to give me the right food. This time I ordered 10 chicken nuggets, but all they gave me was the sauce, no chicken pieces! I'm really fed up with this. It's really disappointing that such errors keep occurring.

Do not accept pickups from here if you are a gig worker and make sure if you order through a delivery app you use a different location. They treat people like absolute trash. Won't let us use the restroom, won't us stay warm in the lobby waiting for pickups and won't let us use the drive thru

There was a piece of metal in the burger! This is a safety hazard! Fortunately it wasn't my toddler's burger. Could have been very harmful

On 2/20/24 at 6:50am I arrive to this location there was no vehicles I was the only one there on a time schedule to pick up an order that was made. I was very disappointed in customer service (a young lady working front cash register) instead of handing me my order pickup she created and unnecessary issue, stating I had to park my vehicle just for them to deliver my order, I was not in the way of anyone for their was no one there but me nor was I in any fire hazard place nor was I in park. The time she took complaining being rude and disrespectful she could have use that time to serve me the meal so that I could go but instead refuse to hand me the order causing me to give up the meal. I spoke to management who did not know the full story but of course she sided with her employe. The actions of this employ was uncalled for she harassed me as I went out to my running vehicle as i sat on my way to leave to tell me that she would not ever get serve. I have never experienced a problem before coming there where I was at until that morning with her, time she spent causing problems it could have easily made and gave me my order. I’m very upset and disappointed with this place and feel as it was motive cause none of it made since in why she behave like she did.

Asked for water cup to put pop in , guy hands me water cup with water in it, I go to machine pour out water add sprite ,guy kicks me out threatens to call cops like dude I just wanted a water cup for the reason of my choice then he says leave I stated if I have to go I'm not pouring sprite out then he tried to snatch the food I payed for very unprofessional. I hope noone supports this McDonald's again it's nicer ones with better less bitter people.
