Excellent ice cream - via my sister-in-law (a proclaimed ice cream afficiado declares this the best ice cream anywhere!), friendliest staff (rated well above average!) and wonderful fellow customers (wife's and my discovery).
I went to MSU back and graduated back in 2015. Honestly the quality has fallen off quite a bit. I make ice cream and you can tell that they changed the recipe to have less butterfat. The ice cream is no where near as creamy as it used to be and the waffle cones were undercooked plus they’re not as thick as they used to be. I wish they would bring back the old recipe and go back to the creamy ice cream that I loved at MSU. I also miss the college themed flavors. Still...
Been going here for the better part of 15 years and never been disappointed. The new cones are incredible, and I highly recommend the Spartan Swirl and the Mint Chocolate. Incredible.
