Absolute 0 stars: customer service ruined my experience. It's a shame because I generally enjoy the food at Noodles and Company, however 2 female employees refused to give me their names regardless of their atrocious service at this East Lansing location. The man who served my food was incredible though-- Very professional and enthusiastic. I wish I had gotten his name too to commend him. As a paying customer who caused no harm or disturbances yet was insulted and harassed by the female staff working on Saturday, March 9th around the late afternoon, Noodles and Company East Lansing needs to reevaluate their staff choices if they don't want to lose customers to rude and demeaning staff.

I’ve come here for a couple years and never had I been disappointed with how I spent $16 of mine. The food came in a small plastic microwaved plate and the pasta tasted bland and undercooked. I used to come here and it was not at all like this— they used to serve much bigger servings (that actually fill you for your money’s worth). The one thing that is remarkable about this particular resturant is the continuously amazing service. The staff has always been attentive and double checking to make sure my food was appropriate for me in regards to foods i can’t have. Kudos to them but I will not be coming back here. $16 would have been well spent much better elsewhere.

Jaimie and Adam at Noodles and Co are the best! Very warm, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell this place is run by good management! Food was delicious as expected of course
I received my order through door dash which probably wasn’t the best idea. But when I started eating my bowl, I noticed that the leanguini noodles tasted like they weren’t cooked at all. They were very doughy and I could taste the flour on them. Will not be going here again

First of all the food is fantastic. I have not found one dish that I haven't liked. However this review is more about Kelly the manager. I have never met someone so friendly and welcoming that it's like talking to an old friend. She alone makes you want to go back to Noodles and Company. what a great human!! The world needs more people like her! Kudos to the CEO for finding a rare human in todays world. Stay fun and friendly Kelly! As far as the food,... I highly recommend!!! Try a different combination every time you go. They won't disappoint!!Okemos restaurant

Took a group of 6th graders here after the MSU Poms Clinic. It was busy but the staff did a good job of getting us our food so we could get back on the road. Only issue was the coke freestyle was out of a majority of the flavors.
