Potbelly Sandwich Shop is always our go to for delicious sandwiches, sides, and desserts! We were delighted to discover that while traveling this location also offered friendly professional service and went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies. They used a new / clean cutting board, a new cutting knife, & changed their gloves to ensure no cross contamination while making our sandwiches. The bread is soft yet toasty and the meats are not salty, the veggies fresh, the cookies soft! You will not be disappointed with their foods! We will be returning to Potbelly's. Thank you Potbelly for the wonderful service and food! Thank you for caring about people with food allergies and providing safe accommodations !

I usually get the Turkey Avocado sandwich w double cheese a couple times a week. Everything was always great, but my last 2 orders were so disappointing. Last time, I received my sandwich (I always order ahead to pick up), and they had written "Out Of Avocado" on it. I would have ordered something completely different if they had communicated that to me. There was also less than half the normal amount of cheese, let alone double.My order before that was disappointing because the sandwich was almost all turkey only. I'm not sure what's going on there lately, but I've been hesitant to go back due to the inconsistencies lately.

Visited and had a roast beef & Swiss and Italian - both sandwiches were really good, they had some cool hand chairs in there that the kiddo loved, and the staff were all very courteous & friendly.

Thank you for being one of the only businesses that enforces their No-Pet Policy on the GR strip and clearly posting that pets are not allowed. This seriously makes Service dog teams feel safe and cared for.

My wife and I have come here a few times and every time we do it's good, the bread is a bit hard, but otherwise, all of the food is great! We've tried most of the sandwiches and they're all good!

Best Potbelly in Michigan! Great food, awesome service, and cool atmosphere. I just moved back to the area and look forward to eating here more. Vegetarian recommendations: broc cheddar soup and a Mediterranean without chicken!!! So good!
