I've tried a lot of sandwich places in my time but this was my first at Potbelly. Really enjoyed the Italian and I was pleasantly surprised that it came toasted without asking!

I need to change the timing of my pickup is I lost missed my exit on the highway and they were very cooperative and understanding and changed it for me and then let me change my order up a little bit as well he was very nice very helpful and everything was ready when we got there

I’ve been to this place all through my 4 years of undergrad and they’ve never once been short of amazing- today, I went to pick up a sandwich, and the incredibly kind cashier offered me an entree ticket because they were out of an ingredient. Absolutely incredible staff and I’m going to miss this place so much!
