“So the visit was great. The staff was SUPER helpful. They were a little short on availability of items but it was two days before Christmas so I get it. My only recommendation is to find a way to make the cheese cups warm. Who wants cold cheese with your warm pretzel. Other than that it was fantastic! Make the cheese warm and you get 5 stars.“
“Whenever I come here, they aren’t busy and don’t have a lot of pretzels prepared in advance. This makes sense to get fresh pretzels but be aware if you are in a rush. I ordered a dragon fruit bowl which was good, but I think there was honey drizzled on top which I don’t really like. I didn’t see this in the description on the menu, but if I missed it then it is on me. The pretzels are always delicious and soft, and the staff is friendly.“
