QDOBA Mexican Eats

Ordered a burrito and they wrapped it with foil that smelled so badly of dirty dish rag I almost vomited. Never even took a bite. Not to mention, it was horribly dirty inside. Worst location I've ever been to

I ordered a burrito bowl which was overall was really great, however, there were pieces of food that were red in it. My order did not contain tomatoes nor salsa but i had assumed it was. Upon further inspection I realized it was pieces of raw ground beef. I had already eaten most of my bowl at that point, and had definitely consumed the raw meat.

I’ve been to a lot of qdobas and I’m probably in this location at least once a week. I’ve genuinely tried most of the other locations in the greater Lansing area, and I think this one is the best. The employees are the kindest, and the food is definitely the highest quality. Even though QDOBA is a chain, some locations obviously take more pride in the food they serve.

I’m not even embarrassed that the employees greet me as a regular! Okay, maybe a little bit. But it’s good! And they’re all very nice.

I got food and had to return it because it tasted like cleaning agents and I got a refund over 2 weeks ago and the money still hasn’t hit my account everytime I call to talk to the general manager he’s gone and or doesn’t want to talk and can’t come up with a resolution to fix the issue. I’d highly recommend not dealing with these guys.

Made my own bowl. I have no rice but all of my sauces are not in my bowl yet. It looks like soup. Even with no rice my bowl should not look like this.
