Placed my order 20 minutes before going to restaurant, had to wait an additional 20 minutes at the restaurant. Employees were rude and not very helpful at all

Ordered a bowl doordash from this location and had multiple ingredients missing, as well as very little chicken and fajita veggies. Hopefully it was just a new hire but quantity control needs to be checked.

I usually love the place but the manager walked in while I was eating and told the employees to throw away the lettuce because of bugs being in THEIR food and when I lost my appetite, I waited for all other customers to leave to ask if I can get it redone because I didn't want to eat the other half of my burrito, I was told too bad and nothing can be done because I specifically didn't want to pick through guac and queso and everything else in my burrito for a bug and I went my own way. Like I said I love the place and I'm a daily customer but when its announced to throw something away because of bugs, I'm not going to pick through my food and I kept calm but this upset me a lot

How are you going to close more than 12 minutes early? Doors locked already and cleaning out the serving area indicates they closed up to 30 minutes early. If it was in the middle of nowhere I could understand but on grand river is pretty crazy.

I waited 50 minutes for my order just for it to be missing 3/4 of what I ordered on it. it must’ve been sitting awhile cause the cheese looked disgusting, immediately went in the trash. If the store is out of that many items there should at least be signage posted and mobile orders shut off.

The person making the food was rude and rolled a horrible burrito. Was busted on ends and was literally un eatable without using a fork. :(

Ordered a burrito and they wrapped it with foil that smelled so badly of dirty dish rag I almost vomited. Never even took a bite. Not to mention, it was horribly dirty inside. Worst location I've ever been to

I ordered a burrito bowl which was overall was really great, however, there were pieces of food that were red in it. My order did not contain tomatoes nor salsa but i had assumed it was. Upon further inspection I realized it was pieces of raw ground beef. I had already eaten most of my bowl at that point, and had definitely consumed the raw meat.
