I have the food 4 starts because the chicken by itself is better than mid tier chicken. Apparently, everyone loves the Cains sauce. Looks like ketchup and mayo mixed to me. Tastes like it too. I know, I know. I just pissed off half the people reading this. Oh well. That sauce is trash. Want to go to flavor town? Hit up B Dubs. They got the sauces boi.

Yum! I’ve visited 2 Raising Cane’s locations- and so far so good! Deliciously fried chicken tenders. Basic crinkle cut fries. Delicious lemonade. This location is conveniently located near Michigan State University!

Parking: The parking is kinda difficult, they have parking meters so bring change. There is a parking garage right there too but I'm not sure if it is free or u have to pay.

The booth seats are shredded and so low that you feel like a baby. Great food and staff! Caniac!

Food was good. Had to sit at a dirty table. After spending 50 bucks on chicken tenders, I was told I had to pay for extra sauces. I spent $50 on chicken and fries. Do better.

Nowhere to park. Ended up going somewhere else. Super disappointed since I love Canes. This location just had nowhere to park, even 4 streets down.

This Cane's establishment is an absolute disgrace to the fast-food industry. Their outrageous policy of refusing to provide complimentary water to paying customers is utterly appalling. Imagine, after shelling out a hefty $17 for a Caniac Combo, they have the audacity to nickel and dime you for a basic necessity like water. It's a clear indicator of their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. But wait, it gets worse. Let's talk about the quality of the food, or should I say lack thereof. I had the misfortune of ordering to-go, hoping to enjoy my meal later, only to be met with disappointment and disgust. As I eagerly opened my meal a mere three-minute bike ride away, I was greeted with a sorry excuse for fries that seemed like they were scraped from the bottom of a grease trap. And don't even get me started on the so-called "tenders" – they were more reminiscent of rubber bands than actual chicken. It's baffling how a supposedly reputable chain like Cane's could produce such abysmal excuses for food.In all my years of dining out, I've never encountered such a dismal experience. This particular Cane's location doesn't just fall short of the standard set by its counterparts across the country; it nosedives into the depths of culinary incompetence and customer indifference. Save yourself the money, the time, and the stomach ache – steer clear of this culinary catastrophe disguised as a fast-food joint.

Food was good but there was a rude cashier lady who kept rushing things and but the place wasn’t that full and there wasn’t a lot of people in the line! Me and a family member ordered the same food and I also came with my parents and she just kept rushing us all and kept giving us a bad attitude! This place can do better honestly if you’re going to work at a place with costumers treat them how you want to be treated! And if your a person who’s not patient with people taking there time ordering than don’t work! And also when me and that fam member ordered the same thing she literally gave us two cups for the fountain! And I was about to ask for a lemonade and she just kept giving us an attitude and was rude!
