Distillery and hand crafted cocktails. Among the best you will find. Their liquors are on point. The cocktails are amazing and yet chatting up the Staff is the reason to come here. I love this place.
This is a great little stop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy tasting some spirits or cocktails. The whiskeys are decent and they do offer some bottles for sale, some of which are cask strength. I'd say they are on the pricey side for what they are. They also distill vodka and gin among other things. The gins are not to my preference as they are flavored and I prefer more botanical straight gin. Last night, my wife and I visited Red Cedar Spirits for the first time. The atmosphere was ok but the bourbon was fantastic! I'm not a huge bourbon drinker as I'm a beer drinker. However, the bourbon was hands down the best I've ever had. Pretty neat little spot and the owner was very pleasant. She gave us a tour of the facility and clearly takes a lot of pride in her establishment.
