Now, for the main event, and the biggest disappointment. The "chicken tikka masala" was a pale orange gloop with a few petrified chicken pieces masquerading as meat. The spice level? Non-existent. My “Chicken Briyani“ was like a science experiment gone wrong - the chicken was so limp it looked like it had been microwaved a hundred times, and in paneer butter masala the paneer was so rubbery it could have bounced off the floor. Even the naan, a supposed Indian staple, was dry and flavourless. They serve the food without gloves.
