Absolute shit. Went there for a simple meal and the employee sighed as I was talking to her as if I was making her one job so hard. Took 3 people to take off one single item too. Completely horrible service, if I were dying of starvation I would still pass this place by.

went through the drive thru with 2 pick up orders. they told me they could only do one, yet sent both through so both were made at once. when i got to the window, the guy handed me the bag aggressively and wouldn’t even look in my direction. the line for the first order was not very long, yet still took 20 minutes. i went back through again, waited another 20 minutes, only for them to say the didn’t have the order (because it was already sent through and made). waited 40 minutes total for two really small orders, the worker was extremely rude, and the food was cold since they made it the first time i went through. they could have just handed both bags since they were both done, but decided to be petty. some these workers should find a new job if this is too much for them to handle

Waited t get our order inside so long, my husband went up to the counter, it was right there behind the counter and nobody bothered to tell us! Filthy with flies on the wall, this place caters to the drive through. Felt like we were bothering them. Won't go back for sure to this location, will have to think about if we want to go back to any of them at all.

Food is always great but very extensive. I don’t eat Taco Bell like I used to maybe twice a year way overpriced
So I don't know what it is about society but McDonald's is starting to fall as well as Burger King and Wendy's and I'm seeing that Taco Bell is really coming back not only were my two cheesy double beef burritos made to perfection as well as my fries it's cheaper at Taco Bell then it would be at most other fast food restaurants The staff was extremely nice and while this particular Taco Bell is small The service provided here was immaculate if I'm ever hungry again on my way home from work I will probably be once again coming to this specific Taco Bell

This Taco Bell franchise runs all the stores in Lansing. They charge anywhere between $1-$4 more per item than the other three large taco bell franchises in the state. They changed their name because they're in a court battle for not paying their staff, they're always out of stuff, I've seen the staff using drugs (south cedar), had a manager screaming at me because I had the audacity to ask why they were out of rice, beans, cheese, beef, chicken and steak when they were open another hour (frandor). This store was out of Baja and Baja zero on my visit, no apology so I filled a complaint requesting to be contacted by above restaurant leadership on 11/3 and have not been contacted.
I will continue to file complaints and review ever Lansing store I have eaten at until I receive response.

We get home and the nacho fires and chips are spilled all over the bag to hide that they didn’t fill up the fries , it was half full. The potatoes soft taco had only 3 potatoes. My Doritos local taco was all broken I couldn’t even pick it up and eat it. We go back and try to return the food and get our money back and they stated they don’t do refunds and only can remake out food. I see why they’re only a 3.3 star, only go to frandor location or west Saginaw.
