So I don't know what it is about society but McDonald's is starting to fall as well as Burger King and Wendy's and I'm seeing that Taco Bell is really coming back not only were my two cheesy double beef burritos made to perfection as well as my fries it's cheaper at Taco Bell then it would be at most other fast food restaurants The staff was extremely nice and while this particular Taco Bell is small The service provided here was immaculate if I'm ever hungry again on my way home from work I will probably be once again coming to this specific Taco Bell

This Taco Bell franchise runs all the stores in Lansing. They charge anywhere between $1-$4 more per item than the other three large taco bell franchises in the state. They changed their name because they're in a court battle for not paying their staff, they're always out of stuff, I've seen the staff using drugs (south cedar), had a manager screaming at me because I had the audacity to ask why they were out of rice, beans, cheese, beef, chicken and steak when they were open another hour (frandor). This store was out of Baja and Baja zero on my visit, no apology so I filled a complaint requesting to be contacted by above restaurant leadership on 11/3 and have not been contacted.
I will continue to file complaints and review ever Lansing store I have eaten at until I receive response.

We get home and the nacho fires and chips are spilled all over the bag to hide that they didn’t fill up the fries , it was half full. The potatoes soft taco had only 3 potatoes. My Doritos local taco was all broken I couldn’t even pick it up and eat it. We go back and try to return the food and get our money back and they stated they don’t do refunds and only can remake out food. I see why they’re only a 3.3 star, only go to frandor location or west Saginaw.

worst taco bell ive ever been to. extremely rude staff. placed mobil orders 2 times, waited 30 minutes in line just to be told they will not make my food since theyre "closed." has happened both during the day time and at night. told me id need to dispute on my card since they would not refund me or make my food. never going back

Out of the three locations near East Lansing, one has been closed since I started living here 6 years ago. I would genuinely rather attempt to order from the closed down location hoping the ghosts of whoever used to work there can get my order done within an hour, or at least make sure that every order punched in actually makes it in the system. Dear management, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. They should not be dealing with EIGHT PAGES OF ORDERS on a tuesday night.
For context, I deliver for both Uber Eats and Door Dash. That being said, I visit nearly every Taco Bell in the greater Lansing area on a daily basis. This Taco Bell is by far the worst. Apathetic employees who avoid making eye contact to the long line of waiting customers at the front counter, no sense of urgency during peak times and no communication to customers waiting. I waited over an hour for two orders at this location. Most other Taco Bell’s in greater Lansing I have to wait usually 10-15 minutes. I will never accept another delivery at this location.

the workers were so horrible. I placed my order in person, waited over 40 minutes, i asked two questions and the workers threatened to refuse me service because i asked questions. i i didn't show you any aggression nor was i rude because i asked a question he ( and asian worker with glasses) gave me nasty look in which i didnt say anything, and looked at him back. we shared a stare for a minute in which i didnt say a thing and he continued to threaten to refuse me service for not saying anything. WORST TACO BELL EVERRR. truly an unsanitary location, worst workers, worst time wait, worst food quality, worst everything. they truly need to review the people they hire and need better quality in their workers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Genuinely the rudest workers and establishment I have ever encountered. As soon as we entered we were yelled at to leave (despite having three hours until close). Then we were told we could mobile order. Then told doordash was the only option. All three options to order were available one the website by the way. When we then made a doordash order we were yelled at from across the restaurant that we would quote “never get our food”. I witnessed workers be disrespectful to multiple other customers who had been waiting far longer than we had. We waited 45 minute for our food (6 tacos) with no apologies, comped food, or even a free drink. I would avoid this location at all costs we will never be returning.
