An MSU staple. The outside seating has a unique ambiance. Enjoyed the cheeseburger lunch. The burger tastes a lot what your mom might fry in a pan when you were a kid. Solid, but not striking. Bun was larger than patty, which is something I don’t like. Fries are solid. Overall good value, great atmosphere with nostalgia. Pic is of my wife’s burger, no mayo here lol.
The best outdoor patio in East Lansing! Coming here is always a rite of passage as an MSU student and years later it still doesn't disappoint. Fantastic burgers. Decent prices, which I suppose helps students and professors alike. It's been around for decades and hope it'll stay for many more! One of the last few old school places on Grand River.
Neat college bar, unfortunately bar tender did not appear to/want to make a drink that wasn’t on the menu (which is fair, but disappointing) we sat at the outdoor patio and had drinks, we did not order any food.
