Service is good, and of course the product but this location is extremely congested which is why I am giving them the 4 stars. The drive thru seems risky even in a small car at a 90 degree angle around a tiny building and there is really no “parking”.

I brought my toddlers in to get the Msu donuts for going to the game and they wouldn’t give them to us. It said if they win by more than 21 points. But the cashier said it has to be exactly 21 points. It is false advertising and I left with two toddlers crying.

Poor service, and disrespectful employee! Do not ask just for a coffee! Also they will make you wait soooo long.
Ordered a small coffee waited and waited a white man came in orders his meal received his meal I'm still waiting on my coffee then a white lady came in ordered her meal gets her meal and leave I'm still waiting on my small black coffee, still waiting still waiting no one said any thing .at this point i approach the cashier and asked for my coffee she turned around and gave me a very strange look. I have never experienced racism before

Tim Hortons, what can i say, lets start with the fact that i didnt start going to tim hortons when they first came to the lansing area, for the reason that they are a canadian based company and i had been supporting a local franchise coffe food business instead. Once i had experienced tim hortons my taste buds redirected me into making a stop here almost on a daily routine. Quick service even at lunch is a bonus, the staff are fast and friendly. And for the past 3 years of being a regular around town to diffrent tim hortons i can say that i have had great experiences at all of them and the food quality had been consistently pleasing. Also tim hortons supports community threw donations an added bonus for me.

I work here as of now and to see all these horrible reviews it kind of sucks. Not all the staff in here have control over what we run out of nor what other people do. the managers have ordered plenty of things we have needed for the store but we never get everything we ordered. As far as if were in a big rush people need to be more understanding especially in rush hours that we try to do the best we possibly can to get people in and out of our line. Instead of bashing the whole store put your self in our shoes and what we have to endure daily here as a staff member. But we do appreciate the honesty so we can try to become better as a team.

Good fresh donuts. I always get by the dozen so this way it's less than a dollar per donut. My favorite is the honey cruller. Yum!
